​Michael Lieberg is a Licensed German Reitlehrer FN- Pferdewirtschaftsmeister, the highest certification attainable as a German equine professional, training both the horse and rider. In the USA he earned the USDF Gold Medal.  Michael has shown, ridden and trained numerous horses from training level to Grand Prix in Germany and the United States. During his time in Germany, he trained students who placed in the top ten in the German National Championships. Michael trained under such masters as Reitmeister Walter Koerner, Gerhard Bagdahn the 1981 German National Champion of the Professional Dressage Riders, Dr Joachim Boesche, President of the German National Judges Association and Olympic Judge, Heinz Schuette.​

Ulf Wadeborn is a native of Sweden with an extensive equestrian career. With a background in jumping and dressage, Ulf was educated at Strömsholm, the Swedish National Riding School, and has worked with Bo Tibblin, the former head of dressage training.

Besides competing in both jumping and dressage competitions, Ulf is a certified ‘R’ rated judge within Sweden and he has been awarded his ‘S’ USEF judging license in the United States. Ulf is the president of SWANA (Swedish Warmblood Association North America) and he has also become a breeding judge within Sweden.

Kathleen Raine is a two-time Olympic dressage team alternate, FEI Nations Cup Silver medalist, and FEI World Games Bronze medalist. Kathleen co-owns Adventure Farms in Murrieta, California, with her husband and fellow dressage professional David Wightman. Kathleen was part of the United States Dressage Bronze medal team at the FEI World Equestrian Games on Avontuur in 1994. The same year, she and Avontuur were the U.S. League Final Champions. Kathleen was an alternate for the U.S. Dressage Team at the Olympic Games in both 1996 and 2000. In 2006, Kathleen and Breanna won the six-year-old division at the Markel/USEF Young Horse Dressage Western Selection Trials for the FEI World Breeding Championship. Kathleen has been successful in numerous Grand Prix competitions throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Sandy has represented the USA at two World Equestrian Games and one Olympics. She received British citizenship in 1996 and represented Britain at the 1998 World Equestrian Games, the 1999 European Championships  and the 2006 World Equestrian Games.

Francis Verbeek of The Netherlands is an FEI 5* judge, and has been successful as a trainer and clinician. Verbeek has been a dressage official at several FEI World Cup Dressage Finals and was President of the Ground Jury in 2010 at s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. She has also officiated at Nations' Cups, European Championships, and most recently, at the 2014 FEI World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France.
